School Cleaner – Site Supervisor (Full-Time)

36 per week, Monday to Friday

11.30am – 7pm

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Supervisor to join our friendly team at a school in Shrewsbury.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering consistent hours, competitive pay, full training, and ongoing support from an experienced management team.

You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment throughout the school, including:

• Daily/weekly audit inspections of areas
• Monthly stock orders
• Liaise with site management regarding cleaning & safeguarding
• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, and communal areas
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
• Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
• Following cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures
• Using cleaning equipment and products safely

Previous cleaning experience is essential. Supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
