Bank Facilities Assistant

£12.84 per hour

This role is to assist the Facilities Manager in the delivery of high quality facilities services including cleaning (internal & external), maintenance & buildings, security, health & safety, and waste.

• Assist the facilities manager in organising the department’s resources including maintenance requests, and the selection and ordering of goods/equipment
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and legislation, including health and safety within the hospital
• Interact with all suppliers and maintenance providers and ensure they are supported onsite
• Ensure that all supplier documentation is maintained to the required standards
• Monitor and maintain health and safety
• Assist in the delivery of projects and maintenance
• Maintain the internal and external areas of the site to Nuffield standards
