Maintenance Engineer

Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Telford, Shropshire
£35,000 + Overtime + Progression

Join an established manufacturing business where you will work as part of an experienced maintenance team, supporting production by keeping machinery, plant, and equipment running safely and efficiently. You will receive ongoing training and have the chance to develop your skills across electrical, mechanical, automation, and PLC‑controlled systems.

In this varied role you will carry out planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, fault‑find on electrical and mechanical systems, and carry out repairs to minimise production downtime. You will work on motors, drives, conveyors, sensors, rollers, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control panels, inverters, and automated machinery, while recording maintenance activity and reporting recurring faults or equipment concerns.

• Planned preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and fault finding on machinery
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance across a range of production equipment
• Monday – Friday shifts (6:00 am – 2:15 pm or 8:00 am – 4:15 pm) with overtime available

• Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, or similar
• Electrically biased with manufacturing or production maintenance experience
• Able to commute to Telford
