Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities, typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.

• Location: Nesscliff Camp, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY4 1BH
• Hours:08:00 - 16:00 from Monday to Sunday. Shifts to be discussed at interview.

Landmarc provides the essential support services that enable Armed Forces to train for frontline operations across the UK Defence Training Estate. We maintain safe, sustainable infrastructure, operate training areas and ranges, and deliver major projects that enhance vital military training assets. • Looking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose
• Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions, shower blocks etc.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• General building maintenance
• Basic grounds maintenance
• Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
• Carry out any other additional requirements as needed

What We’re Looking For

• General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH procedures
• Ability to complete documentation
• Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet
• Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence due to the rural location of this site (essential)
