Role – Reinstatement Manager
Lanes Group is seeking a Reinstatement Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and innovative operational solutions across the East Midlands. This role offers an opportunity to join a leading infrastructure delivery partner and contribute to client objectives.
Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- You will have operational responsibility for the reinstatement teams and their in‑day activities.
- Organise labour in the most cost‑effective way, including recruitment, disciplinary action, wages, and absence management.
- Manage all other resources such as sub‑contractors, materials, and plant.
- Assist with carrying out team briefings on a monthly basis.
- Assist in coaching and developing staff to reach their potential, ensuring a fair and consistent culture.
- Help support the defect programme and ensure KPIs are met, including client and council meetings.
- Assist in carrying out documented audits, checking the quality of the work and coaching teams/individuals to ensure the right behaviours are exhibited.
- Liaise with the Support Services and Streetworks Team to manage FPN and Section 74 liabilities.
- Act as a Health & Safety Representative, undertaking inspections, raising hazard matters and investigating reportable incidents.
- Cover all aspects of reinstatements, including black‑top and white‑top work.
