We are looking for an established, confident Service Manager — someone who knows what good looks like in a modern main‑dealer workshop and has the presence, discipline, and leadership capability to deliver it consistently.
The RoleAs Service Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the Service Department, leading an experienced team across workshop, service advisors, warranty, and support functions.
Reporting to the Group Service Manager, you will:
- Take ownership of performance, profitability, and customer experience
- Lead from the front — setting standards, expectations, and pace
- Drive VHC / EVHC quality and conversion
, not just compliance - Balance commercial results with customer trust and team engagement
- Develop your people, manage performance, and build a strong, accountable culture
- Be a visible leader on site, respected by colleagues and customers alike
This role will suit someone who:
- Is currently (or recently) operating as a Service Manager in a franchised dealership
- Has proven experience delivering strong workshop control, customer satisfaction, and financial results
- Is comfortable managing experienced technicians and front‑of‑house teams
- Understands manufacturer standards, audits, and brand expectations
- Leads with clarity, fairness, and consistency
- Values being part of a business where people matter and success is shared
Ford or Kia experience is desirable, but strong franchise experience (or similar) and leadership credibility are essential.
