Commercial Manager​/Lead

Overview

We're looking for an accomplished Commercial Manager / Commercial Lead with a Quantity Surveying background to take full commercial ownership of a major multi‑phase residential development. This is a flagship scheme — thousands of homes, complex infrastructure, community assets and long‑term delivery — and we need someone who thrives in a high‑responsibility, high‑visibility environment.

• A strong background as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Lead
• Experience working for a large house builder on big, complex residential developments
• Proven ability to manage commercial strategy, cost control and procurement at scale
• Leadership experience — confident managing, coaching and developing a commercial team
• A degree in Surveying or similar
• Working towards or holding RICS or CIOB membership

As the Commercial Lead, you ll be the driving force behind the financial performance of the project — shaping strategy, controlling cost, managing risk and ensuring commercial excellence across the entire development lifecycle.
