Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to join a growing M&E contractor delivering projects across Kent, Surrey and West London?

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical installation projects from pre-construction through to completion. You'll be responsible for managing programmes, site teams, subcontractors and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The Role

• Manage mechanical projects from inception through to handover.
• Oversee site teams and mechanical subcontractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage project programmes, procurement and resource allocation.
• Monitor project costs, progress and quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Chair progress meetings and provide regular project reports.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E or Building Services industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services installations, including HVAC, pipework and public health systems.
• Experience delivering commercial, public sector or refurbishment projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience delivering projects within HM Prisons or other secure environments.
• Current EL1 Security Clearance (preferred but not essential).
