The Best Connection is looking for reliable and hard-working Production Operatives for one of our clients in Shrewsbury.

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the production of bespoke concrete products, ensuring high-quality output and contributing to the smooth running of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Building moulds and filling them with the mixed product
Polishing finished products
Manual handling of materials up to 25 kg
Using power and hand tools safely and effectively
Following instructions and maintaining quality standards

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00
Friday: 07:30 - 15:00

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing role with the possibility of being offered a full-time position after successful completion of a trial period.

Key Requirements:

Strong experience working in a busy manufacturing environment
Positive attitude and keen to learn
Looking for an ongoing role
Reliable and hard-working
Team player
Previous production experience is advantageous but not essential
Own transport is required
, as there is no public transport to the site
Must be able to provide references
