DCM Operator (Die Cast Machine)

Job Description:

Pertemps are proud to be working in partnership with Cosma Casting UK, part of the Magna International Group and a leading manufacturer of die‑cast automotive components. We are recruiting for Die Cast Machine Operators.

These positions are on an ongoing temporary basis.

• Machine operating experience within a foundry, production or casting environment
• Previous experience as machine operator/setter
• Good Problem‑solving skills
• A willingness to learn
• Working knowledge of 5S procedure
• A can‑do attitude
• Flexibility
• Problem solving skills
• Work under pressure
• Be a critical/technical thinker

• Shifts - Rotating shifts 06:00–14:00 | 14:00–22:00
• Pay - £15.64 per hour, overtime available when required.
• 28 days leave rising to 33 days after 12 weeks. (Holiday must be accrued before being paid and is inclusive of Bank Holidays)
• Hours of work will be rotating shifts although some training on Days on training pay rate may be required.
