• Leading and motivating a production team operating state‑of‑the‑art automated machinery
• Ensuring production targets, quality standards, and KPIs are consistently achieved
• Identifying and resolving operational issues with a proactive, hands‑on approach
• Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance
• Monday - Friday role (days-based)

• Experience with in a production, FMCG, food, or processing environment
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with a hands‑on problem‑solving approach
• A proactive, driven individual seeking structured training and long‑term career progression
