Production Operative

Location: Shropshire

Established Recruitment company is looking to recruit a Factory Production Operatives working in a Brick Production factory in Chailey . Operative will be working on delivering production targets,operating site equipment ,staking pallets ,quality checks on complete products (bricks). Working Hours :

Monday to Thursday 6:45
-17:30(39 hours in total ) Long time contracts are available depending on Performance, Punctuality and Time Keeping

Please note:

must have transport to get to site . Full training is given. Full PPE and Workwear is provided. Duties include :
Take ownership of your work and support the team. Organise and prioritise your daily tasks. Operate machinery safely when needed. Follow all health, safety, quality, and environmental guidelines. Support improvement projects and assist production when required. Keep your work area clean and well-organised. Help update workplace procedures and risk assessments. Essential Qualifications &

Experience:

Excellent timekeeping, attendance and flexibility Self-motivated Numerate & literate. Team working attitude. Ability to also work alone. Excellent communication skills. High degree of Health & Safety awareness. Ability to work as part of a team or on your own. Ability to learn to operate key manufacturing and mobile plant. Willingness to undergo further training and development. Previous labor intensive role Desirable qualifications & experience:

Experience of working in a continuous improvement environment. A recognised up-skill. The hourly rate is £12.71 plus production bonus up to £100 per week (depending on how well the factory runs). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
