Production Assembly Operative - Manufacturing
Location: Telford
Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour, increasing to £13.95 per hour following a successful trial period
Shift Pattern: 6:00am – 6:00pm, 4 on / 4 off
The Best Connection is currently recruiting for Production Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a reputable employer, offering regular shifts and the potential for a permanent position.
Duties- Assembling products to specification
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Carrying out quality inspections throughout the production process
- Following work instructions and production schedules
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting the wider production team to meet production targets
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is desirable
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Willing to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
- £13.35 per hour, increasing to £13.95 per hour after successfully completing the trial period
- 6:00am – 6:00pm shifts
- 4 on / 4 off rota
- Weekly pay
