Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour, increasing to £13.95 per hour following a successful trial period

Shift Pattern: 6:00am – 6:00pm, 4 on / 4 off

The Best Connection is currently recruiting for Production Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a reputable employer, offering regular shifts and the potential for a permanent position.

• Assembling products to specification
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Carrying out quality inspections throughout the production process
• Following work instructions and production schedules
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting the wider production team to meet production targets

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is desirable
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
  
  Willing to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern

• £13.35 per hour, increasing to £13.95 per hour after successfully completing the trial period
• 6:00am – 6:00pm shifts
• 4 on / 4 off rota
• Weekly pay
