Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their site in Telford. You will own CI initiatives across manufacturing and warehousing, delivering measurable improvements in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
You will lead lean activities (5S, TPM), coach teams in structured problem solving (PDCA), and work to ISO
9001/45001/14001 standards.
