What you’ll be doing ;

Lead and delegate tasks to shift personnel, maintaining high standards of site discipline and team performance throughout your shift

Assist plant management with day-to-day production operations, monitoring machinery and communicating operational updates and key data to the production manager to maintain site efficiency

Supervise quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring input and output specifications including purity and flow rates are consistently met Enforce strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company Quality and Environmental Management Systems, reporting any machinery or plant defects immediately and escalating concerns to management

Contribute to the operational excellence of our state-of-the-art Plastics Recycling Facility, which processes up to 200,000 tonnes of non-hazardous plastics annually

What we're looking for;

Proven leadership experience in a similar operational or production environment, with the ability to motivate and manage shift teams effectively

Strong knowledge of Health & Safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to report accurately and interact professionally with team members and management

Attention to detail with the ability to monitor quality specifications and identify operational issues quicklyA proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine commitment to driving operational excellence and environmental responsibility
