, we’re looking for a Marketing Graduate to join our team, starting with structured training delivered from our Birmingham office.

Shrewsbury | Full‑Time | On‑Site | Immediate Start | Initial Training in Birmingham

This role is designed for graduates who want to develop confidence, creativity, and commercial awareness through live marketing campaigns
, not just digital dashboards.

You’ll work directly with customers, represent established brands, and learn how sales and marketing strategies are delivered on the ground. This is a people‑facing role with full training provided and clear progression opportunities.

• Communicating brand messages clearly and professionally
• Supporting live promotions, events, and campaign activations
• Engaging customers and building positive brand experiences
• Gathering insights and feedback to help improve future campaigns
• Working closely with a team to achieve campaign targets

• Are a recent graduate (any degree discipline considered)
• Enjoy communicating with people and building rapport
• Are organised, proactive, and comfortable in fast‑paced settings

Previous marketing or sales experience is not required — attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
