As an Entry Level Brand & Marketing Assistant, you’ll begin with structured training in Birmingham to learn our campaigns, brand standards, and communication approach.

Once trained, you’ll support live promotional campaigns in Shrewsbury — engaging directly with customers, representing national brands, and helping deliver memorable brand experiences.

This is a practical, customer-facing role suited to people who enjoy interaction, variety, and fast-paced environments.

• Representing brands at live events and promotional campaigns
• Creating positive customer interactions that influence brand perception
• Supporting campaign delivery and activation
• Gathering feedback and insights to improve future campaigns

No two days are the same — this role is built around energy, communication, and people skills.

• Full training and structured onboarding in Birmingham
