An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fertility Nurse with extensive Fertility Nursing and leadership experience to join our small, friendly team. Supporting the Fertility Nurse Manager in managing the Fertility Nursing team, being a role model and promoting clinical excellence, and undertaking the complete role of the Fertility Nurse and mentoring staff in all aspects of their role.

• Function as an expert clinical practitioner within the designated clinical area, delivering direct patient care while managing, leading, coordinating, and overseeing nursing practice.
• Carry 24‑hour continuing responsibility for the coordination and monitoring of all clinical activities within the designated clinical area.
• Ensure efficient and effective utilisation of all resources required to deliver optimum quality care to the client group.
• Depute for the Fertility Nurse Manager in his/her absence, driving forward evidence‑based practice and taking responsibility for the supervision of staff and the policies and practices that operate within the clinical area.
• Primarily work Monday to Friday office hours with out‑of‑hours working to support service delivery.
