Endoscopy Practitioner - RGN/ODP (Bank) – Shrewsbury Hospital (Scrub, Bank, Ad hoc)

Up to £25 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Work on an ad hoc basis via bank allocation.

As an Endoscopy Practitioner (ODP or RN), you will work with a multi‑disciplinary team, use state‑of‑the‑art equipment, support and develop junior staff, and provide high‑quality peri‑operative care. You will create excellent patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based.

• Work in a multi‑disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities.
• Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team.
• Provide high‑quality peri‑operative care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based.
• Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development.

• Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
• Post‑registration experience in an endoscopy environment.
