What you’ll do:

Provide high-quality nursing care to service users in line with their individual care plans Administer medication, monitor vital signs and support with clinical tasks Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best outcomes Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, dignity and respect

What we’re looking for:

Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) At least 6 months of post-qualification experience in a UK-based care setting in the last 3 years A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for delivering person-centred care The ability to adapt to different environments and work independently Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
