You will provide clinical leadership, manage direct patient care, and oversee nursing practice within a busy Level 2 unit that will relocate to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital in 2028.
You will join a team that rotates shifts including nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Applicants must be RN/RM/RCN with ENB 405, NLS Accredited, and demonstrate excellent communication
