Our shops play a key role in supporting pets in need. Volunteering helps us maintain the shop and raise funds for our programs.

• Greeting customers and providing assistance
• Sorting donated items and quality‑checking before sale
• Ensuring donated goods are in excellent condition
• Pricing items ready for display
• Stockroom housekeeping
• Replenishing shop floor stock

• Interest in the shop and enthusiasm for fundraising
• Ability to work as part of a team with other volunteers
• High standards for product quality
• Willingness to assist with a range of tasks as requested

• Experience for your CV
• New skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork

This volunteering role is a fixed‑term of 12 months for individuals completing their Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award. You must complete the required hours so we can sign your award off.
