B&M Retail in Shrewsbury is seeking a part-time Customer Service Supervisor to help run the cash office and checkout area. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and support a small team delivering excellent service.
You will be passionate about retail, numerically capable, and able to think on your feet to maintain store standards, meet legal requirements, and drive sales while protecting assets. This is a permanent, 20-hour per week position.
