Basic salary £26,000, negotiable depending on experience. Plus uncapped bonus and a realistic OTE of £35,000.

Our client is an established estate agency recruiting an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy sales team at the Telford branch. Successful applicants must have a proven track record in residential property sales, preferably in Telford and surrounding areas, and demonstrate enthusiasm, determination, self‑motivation and commitment to succeed in a challenging fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Liaise with all parties to ensure sales are agreed between vendors and purchasers.
• Effectively handle enquiries and queries over the telephone and in‑branch.
• Carry out effective sales progression, keeping all parties updated through the sales process to a swift, seamless completion.
• Communicate with clients at all levels and deliver first‑class customer service.
• Show flexibility and consistently go the extra mile to ensure clients receive a positive experience.
• Maintain compliance with current legislation and company processes at all times.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
