Sales Account Manager – Warm Inbound Leads Twyford (Onsite) Up to £40,000 basic  uncapped commission Realistic OTE: £60,000 Year 1 | £72,000 Year 2 | £88,000 Year 3 Top performers earning £150,000 This is a warm, inbound-led B2B sales role for a commercially driven Account Manager who wants ownership, progression and significant earning potential. You will manage your own portfolio of trade clients, converting qualified enquiries into long-term, profitable relationships.

No cold calling. No chasing poor-quality data. This is about conversion, margin and account growth. The Role Manage inbound, warm enquiries from B2B trade customers Convert qualified opportunities into revenue Build and grow your own portfolio of accounts Identify repeat business and upsell opportunities Work to clear revenue and margin targets Maintain accurate pipeline management through CRM Deliver a consultative, relationship-led sales approach You will have autonomy over your accounts while working within a supportive onsite team environment.
