Car Sales Executive

We are currently recruiting a Car Sales Executive on behalf of a reputable main dealer located in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional seeking to advance their career within a well-established dealership.
The Car Sales Executive role offers a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission with an OTE exceeding £45,000, and a supportive working environment. We are looking for individuals with proven automotive sales experience and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

Engage with customers both in the showroom and via digital platforms
Understand customer needs and match them with suitable vehicles and finance options
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business
Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
Keep abreast of manufacturer products, offers, and industry trends
Utilise CRM systems and digital tools to enhance the customer experience
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

Minimum of 1 year's proven sales experience within a main dealership environment
Customer-focused with a results-driven approach
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Confident in using digital platforms and CRM software
Full valid UK driving licence
Ambitious and motivated to succeed in a competitive environment
