Enjoy a secure, long-term position carrying out a variety of day-to-day reactive maintenance tasks across commercial buildings. This Handyman Multi Trade role offers stable full-time employment, a company vehicle, and the opportunity to work with a respected organisation providing ongoing maintenance services.

You'll be joining an established team delivering essential repairs and general maintenance. Your multi-trade skills will help ensure buildings remain safe, functional, and well-presented, playing an important part in the smooth running of daily operations.

I'd love to see CVs from anyone with experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Operative, Multi Skilled Tradesperson, or anyone with a strong background in building maintenance and repair.

As a Handyman Multi Trade, you will be:

• Carrying out day-to-day reactive maintenance
• Completing basic carpentry tasks
• Painting and decorating
• Carrying out tiling and patch repairs
• Replacing ceiling tiles
• Completing minor roofing repairs
• Undertaking furniture and window repairs
• Using a mobile tablet to receive and complete job instructions

I'd love to speak to anyone who has
:

• A full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in building maintenance or multi-trade work
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work out of hours when required
• The ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
• MEWP or PASMA qualifications (training can be provided)
• Please note:
  
  You must be able to pass BPSS security clearance.

The role is offering the following benefits:

• 30,000 - 32,000 per year
• 40 hours per week (08:00-16:30)
