With You in Shrewsbury is seeking a Recovery Worker to support clients in identifying goals and creating personalised plans. You will be the initial point of contact, handle referrals, assessments, and queries, and ensure high-quality care through teamwork and coordination.
You will manage an active caseload, work across central and northern areas, and drive compassionate, dignified service delivery. A full driving licence and vehicle access are required.
