Working in the assessment team is a dynamic and exciting opportunity. The position would appeal to a social worker who enjoys a varied caseload, enjoys engaging with families from the outset following referral into the service. Each day is different and working within the assessment team will give you a well rounded working experience, working with a range of families in need of help and support.
Typically you will case hold for the duration of the assessment, with children then transferring to either the Case Management Team, Children Looked After Team, Court Team or stepping down into Early Help.
37 Hours and 52.14 Weeks per year.
NJC Grade 7 - Grade 11 Career Grade.
