Systems Engineer (Python & SQL) – Telford

£40,000-£48,000 (DOE) + Progression + Personal Development + 8% Pension + 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + Package

Excellent opportunity for a Systems Developer or Engineer with strong Python and SQL skills to join a highly innovative manufacturing company. This role offers a state‑of‑the‑art factory environment, significant opportunities to upskill, and personal growth.

This company is a leading third‑party manufacturer for well‑known brands, working at the forefront of industry innovation.

In this position you will review all administrative tasks across the factory, automate processes where possible and digitise them when necessary. You will build new systems and processes from scratch, collaborate with all departments to understand pain points and ideal solutions, and support continuous improvement across the business.

You will be based in Telford and work onsite five days a week.

• Experience in Systems Development / Engineering
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Commutable to Telford five days a week
