Job Overview

Full Stack Web Developer – Telford (Office Based). Permanent. Salary £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Monday to Friday. The role supports the ongoing development of internal and customer‑facing systems and offers excellent scope for progression, training and ownership of projects within a supportive environment.

• Developing and maintaining full‑stack web applications using JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js and React
• Building and integrating RESTful APIs and third‑party services
• Working with databases such as MongoDB, SQL Server or similar
• Creating responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3
• Taking ownership of features from concept through to delivery
• Supporting application security, including authentication and secure handling of user data
• Collaborating with the wider team on development projects and continuous improvements

• At least 1.5 years' experience in a similar development role such as Junior Developer, Software Developer, Web Developer, Full Stack Developer or similar
• Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and modern web development practices
• Experience across both frontend and backend development
• Building or contributing to full‑stack applications
• Using version control tools such as Git
• Problem‑solving with a proactive approach to learning and development
