Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. There are three shift patterns available for this role and your preference will be discussed at the interview.

• Option 1:
  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday, 07:00 - 17:00
• Option 2:
  Wednesday to Saturday, 07:00 - 17:00
• Option 3:
  Monday, Wednesday to Saturday, 07:00 - 17:00

Location: Parcel force Worldwide Shrewsbury Depot, SY4 4UP

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour)
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour)
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, based on a 38 hour week & overtime
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Monthly Non-Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

• Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
• Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
• Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
• Providing a friendly, dependable service – whether it's a birthday gift or important business mail

• A full UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who is friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
