Client Details

A mid-tier accountancy firm in the Sidcup area is recruiting for an Accounts Manager to manage a busy portfolio of clients and a small team.

Description

Manage client accounts and oversee their financial reporting and tax compliance requirements.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain strong client relationships and address their financial queries.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
Supervise and mentor junior team members.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.

Profile

A successful Accounts Manager should have:

A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
Experience in managing accounts within the accountancy practice industry.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Proven ability to manage and mentor team members effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position based in Sidcup.
