Overview

We are looking for a Survey Administrative Assistant to join our International Department in Sidcup. You will support survey management and administrative tasks in a collaborative environment.

How You'll Make An Impact

You will support the International Department by registering cases, managing the main mailbox, preparing documents, issuing invoices, assisting with sales of distressed cargoes, and building relationships with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Register new cases using cloud-based and in-house systems.
  • Organise and manage digital files and the main mailbox.
  • Prepare documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Issue invoices and maintain account records.
  • Assist with sales of distressed cargoes for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
About You
  • You’re organised and can manage multiple tasks at once.
  • You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You’re a great communicator and enjoy working with others.
  • You’re proactive and can work on your own initiative.
  • You’re flexible and ready to adapt to new challenges.
