We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team
Key Responsibilities of the successful Maintenance Assistant:
Assist Maintenance Coordinators with the day-to-day scheduling of lift maintenance visits.
Help coordinate engineers' diaries, appointments and planned maintenance activities.
Liaise with engineers, customers, contractors and site contacts by telephone and email.
Update maintenance records, job sheets and internal systems.
Monitor outstanding maintenance jobs and follow up where required.
Key Requirements of the successful Maintenance Assistant:
Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
Confident communicating by telephone and email.
Comfortable working with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with good administrative skills.
Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
