Full-time | Mon–Fri 8am–6pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am–1pm

We’re looking for an experienced and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join a busy franchised main dealership in Sidcup.

• Greet and advise customers on all service and repair requirements
• Handle technical queries professionally and efficiently
• Book vehicles into the workshop and manage job progress updates
• Liaise between the workshop, customers, and service management
• Cross‑sell additional work, repairs, and parts where appropriate
• Accurately raise invoices and ensure smooth handover upon completion

• Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership
• Strong technical understanding of vehicles and service processes
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Professional, well‑presented, and highly organised
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Committed to delivering a first‑class dealership experience

• £27,000 – £31,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• OTE up to £40,000 with achievable bonus
