Avenues Group is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team in a hybrid role based in Sidcup, Kent. You will provide practical, proportionate H&S advice to managers and staff, conduct inspections and audits, and support investigations into accidents and near misses across services and offices.
You will review risk assessments, safe systems of work, and policies, while traveling between sites to embed a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with UK legislation.
