Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, as part of the Business Operations team, this role is varied with a focus on ticket management, procurement, billing, process improvements and office administration. The role is hybrid, with our office based in Sidcup, Kent.
General summary:- Assist with procurement for both external and internal requirements. This may include IT Hardware, licensing and Voice Data services.
- Assist with billing of services and projects as required, ensuring that figures align with approved quotes.
- Assist with contract creation and ongoing management of both internal and external subscriptions and services.
- Liaise with vendors to negotiate best pricing to increase profitability of deals.
- Prompt management of department tickets, such as pricing requests and queries.
- Liaise with the finance department as necessary, i.e., queries, invoice approvals.
- Work with the team to improve process efficiencies.
- Support the Business Operations Manager and Finance Director with reports and data analysis as needed.
- Ad hoc office administration.
- Ad hoc facilities management.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Teams.
- Experience in an MSP or similar fast paced environment preferred.
- Experience with IT and Voice & Data procurement preferred

- Annual salary depending upon experience.
- Contributory pension scheme (after 3 months service and successful completion of probationary period)
- Twenty-five days annual leave, plus paid Birthday leave.
