The consultancy has a strong reputation across the construction sector and delivers projects for a wide range of public and private sector clients across London and the South East.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established consultancy during a period of continued growth, with a broad range of projects across sectors including education, residential, public and community buildings.

As a Building Surveyor, you will play an active role in the delivery of professional services and projects, with responsibility for a varied workload. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience across building surveying, contract administration and project delivery.

Duties:

• Building Condition Surveys
• Measured Surveys
• Defect Analysis and preparation of formal reports
• Scheduling and specification writing
• Preparation of tender documentation and contracts
• Contract Administration
• Employers Agent duties
• Building Regulations and Planning applications
• Procurement advice
• Working on refurbishment, alteration and extension projects
• Liaising with clients, contractors and professional teams
