Career Teachers are working with a secondary school that is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated History Teacher to join their Humanities department. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to inspire students and join a thriving school community!

• Deliver engaging and well‑structured History lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)
• Plan and deliver creative lessons that promote critical thinking and historical understanding
• Assess and monitor student progress, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged
• Contribute to curriculum development within the Humanities department
• Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and classroom management

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for History
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, positive approach and commitment to student success
