Position Overview

English Teacher at Cleeve Park School – start September 2026.

• Deliver high quality English teaching to students aged 11‑18.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that challenge and inspire learners.
• Use assessment data to inform teaching and support student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the school leadership team.
• Participate in safeguarding, induction and professional development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE and entry to Early Years Teacher (ECT) training.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Experience or strong enthusiasm for teaching English at Key Stage 3/4.

• Ongoing CPD across the school and the Trust.
• Mentoring as part of the Trust-wide ECT programme.
• Support for work‑life balance and staff wellbeing.

• Staff support and CPD.
• Access to a 3G astroturf pitch, state‑of‑the‑art fitness centre and performing‑arts facilities.
