Teaching Assistant - Longlands Primary School

At Longlands Primary School, we are excited to offer the opportunity for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our warm, welcoming and child‑centred school. Longlands Primary School is a forward thinking and successful, one and half form entry school in Sidcup. As part of our committed and supportive staff team, you will play an important role in helping pupils feel safe, valued and inspired each day, providing support in the classroom, working with small groups and individuals and celebrating every step of progress along the way. We are looking for someone with kindness, patience, energy and a genuine passion for working with children—someone who will embrace school life and make a lasting difference to the experiences and achievements of our pupils.

The appointment will meet a temporary need to support pupils with an Education Health Care plan (EHC) at the School.

This post is a customer‑facing position and falls within the scope of the Code of Practice on English Language Requirement for Public Sector Workers.
