The Student Support Advisor is a crucial role and will take responsibility for managing the day-to-day operation of our busy Student Life centre and for providing full administrative support to the Head of Student Life.

- As Student Support Advisor, you will:
- Work with the Head of Student Life to carry out planning of the College’s Student Life
- programme which seeks to contribute to the transformation the student experience
- by enhancing student support services and inclusive learning environments.
- Support the coordination and delivery of the College's Student Voice agenda, working
- collaboratively with the Students Union, Course Representatives and academic
- departments to ensure student feedback informs service development and
- We need a dedicated and empathetic team player with:
- Experience in student services in higher education.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with students, staff, and external
- stakeholders.
- The ability to handle sensitive and complex situations with professionalism and
- confidentiality.
- Knowledge of mental health first aid and responding to students in crisis
- A role where you make a real difference in students' lives.
