# Relief Receptionist - Northbourne Court## Job Introduction Avante Care & Support is a Registered Charity supporting over 1000 older people through our registered nursing and dementia care homes and home care services.

** We are looking for a Relief Receptionist to join our residential home Northbourne Court located in Sidcup, Kent.
** Numerate and IT literate with good communication and keyboard skills, you will be capable of using your own initiative and working as part of a team. You will further be required to have a flexible approach to your work.

The successful candidate will provide general reception and telephonist duties at key times of day. You will also provide hospitality and support for the home, in addition to dealing with customer enquiries and undertaking other general administrative support.

Previous experience is required.
** Main duties will include:
*** Welcoming visitors, showing them around the home’s services and facilities.
* Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail, receiving and monitoring incoming telephone calls.
