Senior Care Lead - Days - Northbourne Court

Location:

Northbourne Court Sidcup. Pay: £15.10 - £15.70 per hour.

Hours:

33 or 44 hour contract available.

We’re looking for friendly, proactive leaders to join our team. Whether you work days, nights, or relief shifts, you’ll deliver person-centered care, guide Care Assistants, and make sure every resident feels valued and supported.

• Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centered care
• Provide hands-on care and build meaningful connections with residents
• Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership
• Support training and development for colleagues
• Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante's Eden Alternative Philosophy

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
• Are compassionate, professional, and proactive
• Have confidence to lead by example
