Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 4:00pm, with flexibility required and participation in 12 Sunday shifts per month. Production Team Leader Benefits:

Lead, coach and develop the Production Department team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement. Set clear daily objectives and provide regular feedback to support individual development. Motivate the team to achieve production, quality and efficiency targets. Ensure all products are manufactured in line with food safety, quality and customer standards. Monitor daily production performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, yield and productivity.

Plan and schedule production activities to meet business and customer demand. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the department. Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, food safety and environmental compliance at all times. Monitor employee safety and promote a positive safety culture throughout the department. Ensure company policies and operational procedures are consistently followed. Work closely with other departments to ensure production plans are achieved.

Resolve day-to-day production issues quickly and effectively to minimise downtime. Complete production documentation accurately and maintain operational records. Production Team Leader Requirements:
Essential:
Previous experience within a food manufacturing or food processing environment. Proven experience leading, supervising or mentoring a production team. Strong people management and motivational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Practical and proactive approach to problem solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities while working to tight production deadlines. Good organisational skills with the ability to plan workloads effectively. Flexible approach to working hours, including 12 Sunday shifts per month.

Desirable:
Level 2 Food Safety qualification (training can be provided if required). Experience monitoring production KPIs including yield, efficiency and productivity. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. Confidence using production systems and completing manufacturing documentation.
