Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped OTE (realistic OTE of £55,000 per annum)

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (set day off during the week), Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00 / 10:00 – 16:00, 1 in 3 Sundays (day off in lieu)

Are you an experienced automotive sales professional ready to take the next step in your career? Toyota Sidcup is looking for a motivated Sales Transaction Controller to support a high-performing sales team, maximise profitability, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

Support the sales team in achieving new and used vehicle sales targets
Maximise finance, insurance, and product penetration opportunities
Ensure FCA compliance and maintain excellent customer outcomes
Work closely with customers to provide a professional and transparent purchasing experience
Drive renewals and customer retention activity
Monitor and support deal profitability across new and used vehicle sales
Provide guidance and support to the sales team on vehicle funding and product solutions
Contribute to achieving dealership volume and profitability objectives

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Sales Transaction Controller
Alternatively, a Senior Sales Executive with at least 3 years' automotive sales experience looking to progress
FCA Accredited
Strong understanding of automotive finance and product sales
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused with a commercial mindset
Able to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
A full UK driving licence is essential
