Internal Sales Executive

Role Overview :
Our client, a well-established independent electrical wholesaler with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality service, is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their team in Sidcup. This is a permanent, office-based opportunity offering the chance to develop within a growing business and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Support sales growth through excellent customer service and account management

• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with suppliers when required

• Promote the company’s products and services to maximise sales opportunities

• Accurately update and maintain customer information using the internal CRM system (full training provided)

• Support a range of customers across commercial and public sector environments

Essential Requirements:

• Previous customer service or customer relationship experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Enthusiastic, reliable and professional approach

• Good level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel

• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities effectively

Desirable:

• Previous sales experience, particularly within electrical wholesale or a related industry

• Driving licence

• GCSEs or equivalent qualification

Package:

• Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic (depending on experience)

• Bonus potential
