We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy main dealership in Sidcup. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building relationships with both retail and trade customers.

Parts Advisor Role
Assist retail and trade customers with parts enquiries in person and over the phone
Process orders accurately and recommend suitable parts and products
Build relationships with trade customers and promote additional products and services
Receive, check and allocate incoming stock
Maintain accurate records using internal systems
Work closely with suppliers and the workshop to ensure efficient parts supply
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting departmental sales targets

Parts Advisor Requirements
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive customer service/sales role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Full UK Driving Licence required
