Position: KS1 Teacher
Location: Sidmouth
At Teaching Personnel, we seek teachers who are motivated to improve academic excellence, support holistic development, and create inclusive classrooms that meet the diverse needs of pupils. As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early educational experiences of young learners.
Responsibilities- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and encouraged
- Differentiating learning to meet a range of abilities and individual needs
- Assessing pupil progress using formative and summative methods and providing constructive feedback
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Participating in school activities, events, and professional development opportunities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching KS1 is desirable, though ECTs are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
